As I have said in another thread it does not bother me at all if he where to leave. Farrell has showed this season he is already ahead of Hansen.

And (IMO) you were wrong in that thread too. Farrell may score more tries but he is not the all-round player that HH is yet. He may get there, and if so then losing Hansen would have less impact, but at the moment we are stronger with H in the team. |

Something at some point, has to give in the pack, if you think of Mossop, Lima, Hoffman & Hock in, with only Bailey/Feka (hardly first choice) leaving so far.
Hansen out would make sense in that regard, but Madge does seem to like him.

There are 2 reasons why I doubt this to be true. Firstly he is under contract which would require Salford to pay a fee unless Wigan were willing to let him walk away, which I doubt.
Secondly if they have signed Hansen the signing of Bailey seems an odd one on there behalf.

I hope it isn't true, HH is a player I really rate. Would be a very good signing for Salford if true though. |

Bailey and Feka (especially Feka) are supposed to be on high wages and Hoffman is only here for one or two years. Given Hansen is only 24 there is some serious short term thinking going on if the club lets him leave. As to Hock coming back there is no guarantee he will be as good as he was and in any case I think there are some rather starry eyed views on how good he actually was.
