There is also a potential clash of fixtures too. The Catalans Dragons supporters from North Wales were planning to come to support the Dragons at Wakefield,but now its very likely that the North Wales Crusaders will be playing Toulouse Olympique on Sunday 25th March. This hasn't been confirmed yet but Wrexham FC are playing at home on the Racecourse on 24th, so Crusaders would have to play on Friday 23rd or Sunday 25th. I am pretty confident that the Football Club will prefer us to play on the Sunday!
It would have been nice to see Vivien, Dominic and friends visiting us here at the Racecourse, but I expect you will be at Wakefield.

If you can't organise travel ten days before your game then what hope have you got of running a club? If the clubs don't like it I'm sure they make their feelings known by not entering the competition next year. |

If I only could be at Belle Vue.. No, I can't come over at everygame mate. Next time across the Manche for me is for Warrington Catalans !

This is European rugby league, mate. Most British clubs, including quite a few Super League clubs aren't exactly rolling in it. |

A nice easy one for this year. FCL drawing Barrow on my doorstep has also opened up possibilities for more Dragons/Euro club games

North Wales won. I would be surprised if FCL make it through too. They don't seem the force they have been in previous years and despite all the previous seasons goings on Barrow have assembled a strong squad of mainly local players.
