Wigan haven't put in an 80 minutes performance since their Vegas trip. Got away with it at Huddersfield but not against us and not tonight.

Why not? you face them in an important cup game. We offered nothing today and we're still 2nd in the league. We'll put things right, and you will trouble them in the cup if you really want to.

They'll be too strong for us in the Cup and them going on to win it would appear to be very likely. If they beat Wigan at home in a couple of weeks you'd think that makes them firm favourites to finish top.



Mrs B's comments about a KR clean sweep are entirely understandable. Tough to take but it gives Hull as a club that extra motivation to get to the same level. At least I'd be happy for my long suffering Rovers supporting friends who were generally magnanimous in 2016/2017.

There fitness and speed off the line is very impressive but they never seem to get penalised for holding down or offside.
This gives them a huge advantage and allows them to stifle teams and force errors.
