I believe if the player pays the fine then the points get halved ??
If Lino pays the fine then it's 1 1/2 points added to the 2 1/2 points (half of five), thus if he pays up then he will be on 4. Is that how it works?
Max got a 1 point with no fine so it can't be halved, whereas Mike M got a 1 point with a fine, so it can be halved. Seems a strange and complicated system.
