if finch does leave then i dont think it will hurt us as much on the pitch as some think, i mean finch has been pretty lucky who he's had running off him these last 2 years, he's had sam, hoffman, carmont and richards last year and this year he's had sam, hock, carmont, richards/gelling so not to bad when all u've got to do is pick 1 of that lot out. he's done really well organizing but any half worth his salt should be able to organize. its on the training paddock were i think his influence will be mostly missed i've seen a number of teammates say he's the funniest player they've ever played with, that kind of camaraderie is irreplaceable if u ask me.
