There was a bloke stood near us in the Fletch who would pick a player and abuse them all afternoon, most of the time they were having a decent game.

In Dave King's case however, "run your weight you big daft bugger!" was spot-on

I took a day off work to greet Joey Johns at Manchester Airport only to see him play one decent game out of three. I'll never get that leave back....Furious!!

Wasn't his fault that he had the likes of Paul Noone crashing onto his passes.

Thought he usually stood at the back with his hands on his head!!!

I will never forget that night against Leeds, one of my favourite Wire memories. I won't have him on here, worth every penny for me.
