Celebrating
25 years service to
the Rugby League
Community!

The Steve Prescott Foundation will be busy in May, they have a record breaking walk planned from Lands End to John O’Groats followed by a sensational Gala Dinner in the centre of Manchester on the Friday night of Magic Weekend featuring no less than 3 rugby Superstars Jason Robinson, Adrian Morley and Paul Sculthorpe.

The walk begins in Lands End on the 5th of May. The walkers will comprise 2 teams of 4 walkers including Paul Sculthorpe, Jimmy Gittins, Lee Briers and Tommy Martyn. They will be walking non-stop, 8 hours at a time, for 12 days over 900 miles. You can check out the Steve Prescott Foundation website to see the places that the walkers will pass through so that you can join them and support them during their epic journey.

The walk finishes in the early hours of the 16th May. The walkers will then be travelling back down to Manchester to celebrate in luxurious surroundings at the Gala Dinner at The Palace Hotel, which should prove to be an incredible night of Rugby League centred entertainment raising money for the Steve Prescott Foundation. Beginning with a reception at 6.30pm the Dinner will be a brilliant way to start off the Magic Weekend in style. The Palace Hotel is a fantastic venue in the heart of Manchester. Discounted hotel rooms are also available if you contact Engage Presenters on 07730 361926.

Speakers at the dinner will include Jason Robinson, Adrian Morley and Paul Sculthorpe. Three true legends of rugby league who will share their fascinating, inspiring and hilarious stories with the audience. Anyone who attends can then mingle with the stars and enjoy the atmosphere until 1am in the morning.

You can find out more details about the dinner as well as buy tickets for the event at the Engage Presenters website.
